CBX - Cross Border Xpress

Enjoy your trips to Mexico and the United States quickly and safely, with CBX. Without waiting in long lines to cross, and with parking service for your car.

The challenge

Make improvements to the CBX website, with the aim of helping users better understand the platform, buy their tickets in a simpler way and have clear crossing requirements without friction.

The methodology

To carry out improvements within the website, we followed a specialized methodology that consisted of conducting prior research about the company and user behavior, for subsequent analysis.

Results

Thanks to the research and analysis carried out, an intuitive, simple and professional website was built. Whose architecture has the main purpose of making it easier for the user to purchase their tickets online.

• We included a screen that would give the user visibility that their ticket is being downloaded, plus some travel recommendations.
