Ordering App for Hotels

Streamline food orders at all-inclusive resorts. With the app, guests can place orders and servers can record them, with real-time tracking.

The challenge

Create an app that helps waiters speed up taking orders in a more efficient way at all-inclusive resorts. As well as providing an app that helps the guest place their orders quickly, while tracking them in the administrative console.

The methodology

To carry out the design of the platforms, a specialized methodology was followed that consisted of carrying out exhaustive user research and benchmarking, field investigations and visual explorations.
